Of Earth & Sky

Of Earth & Sky is a contemporary show developed in Gozo, bringing together a distinctive creative direction with a live performance. The project needed a visual identity that could represent the character of the show and work consistently across its promotional materials, while photography was needed to document the event itself.

We helped build the identity and visual direction for the show, creating the design system across the flyer, posters and tickets. Rather than treating each piece as a separate deliverable, we focused on creating a consistent visual language that could carry across the different formats and give the production a recognisable presence.

The design needed to balance the creative character of the show with the practical needs of event promotion. Alongside the identity and printed materials, I photographed the event on the day, capturing the performers, atmosphere and details of the production. This created a visual record that extended beyond the promotional campaign and documented the experience of the show itself.

The final work brought the identity, promotional design and event photography together as one visual story, from the first point of promotion through to the live show. The directors were very happy with the work and with how the visual identity represented the character of Of Earth & Sky. The show took place in Gozo on 25 March 2026, with the finished materials and photography providing a complete visual record of the production.
